Do you sign NDA for the work you do?
Yes. We’re happy to sign a mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) before discussing your idea. We treat your vision and business strategy with strict confidentiality and professionalism from the first conversation.
What’s included in the free strategy call?
A 30-minute session to understand where you’re at, what you’re building, and where you’re stuck. You’ll leave with clarity on your next steps, even if we don’t work together.
How long does the full MVP definition and design process take?
Typically 6–8 weeks across three phases (Discovery, Validation, Design). We move at your pace, but always with a focus on speed, quality, and real outcomes. (Not including development)
Can you also build the product?
Yes. While we specialise in product definition and design, we collaborate with vetted development partners or can support your in-house team with handoff-ready files, documentation, and QA support.
Can I start with just one phase?
Absolutely. Our process is modular. You can start with Phase 1 (Discovery) and decide if you’d like to continue after reviewing your deliverables.
Do I need to have a technical cofounder or developer already?
No. Our framework is designed to help non-technical founders make confident decisions about what to build, why, and how. We can also help you prep for developer handoff or fundraising.
What if I already have a prototype or wireframes?
We can adapt. If you’ve done some work already, we’ll start with a review and focus on identifying gaps, validating assumptions, and refining what you have to create a launchable MVP.
